Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. 

If the product you purchased from us does not work when used per the instructions, we are happy to refund the full purchase amount for up to 1 item. Additional items purchased on the same order, or within 10 days of the refunded order, will be refunded when they are returned, unopened and unused. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few days (depending upon the payment processors).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping Returns

In most cases, we do not require a refund as we expect the product to have been used. 

If we do require a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
